Diamond Shelters are available in sizes from 15 feet width to 160 feet. These are fabric-covered structures and membrane buildings, designed for permanent or temporary use. These portable, relocatable buildings are single-hoop and welded truss structures, which can be used to shelter vehicles, equipment, livestock, inventory, raw materials and finished goods. They can cover all types of manufacturing operations and other commercial, industrial, waste processing, marine, mining, military and retail applications. Assembly is simple and cost effective, and your shelter can be fully erected in a matter of days. Possible applications include riding arenas, warehouses, salt and sand storage, farm equipment and grain storage, temporary storage, insulated storage and warehouse facilities, livestock shelters, and vehicle storage.
Diamond Shelters are tough and durable, and they provide open, naturally-lighted freespan space. They are available in any length and in two shelter styles:

* Single Hoop - For smaller installations of 15 feet to 36 feet wide.
* Welded Truss - For larger space requirements from 28 feet to 160 feet wide.

15 and 18 foot shelters have a 6.3oz polyethylene cover with a 5 year prorated warranty. All other shelters have 12oz (23 mil.) polyethylene cover with a 10 Year prorated warranty. These fabric warranties can be extended for an additional 5 years.

All welded truss products are engineered to meet the requirements of the National Building Code of Canada. Diamond Shelters are certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau.

15' to 36' wide Single Hoop Shelters are constructed using 2 3/8" x 12 gauge hollow structural round tube rafters. 3" structural tube is available as an option. The rafters and purlins have easy-to-assemble joints that slip together freely. Single Hoop shelters are available in a Ponywall model designed to set onto a wooden or concrete wall and a Freestanding Model designed to be set directly on the ground. High profile models are also available.

28' to 160' wide Welded Truss Shelters are constructed of hollow structural tube with yield and tensile strengths that allow them to withstand heavier stress loads. Our Ratcheting tie down system for the main cover is standard on all 80' and larger models and is available as an option on other sizes. The Welded Truss style shelters are available as Ponywall, Freestanding and High-Profile models.

Powder Coating

Our products are available in both black steel and powder coat. Powder coating provides a superior finish which protects the steel from rust and is tough, attractive and environmentally friendly. Powder coating is available in a variety of colours.

Covers

Our shelter covers are made from top quality North American made 6.3 or 12oz. polyethylene material and have D-rings spaced every 18". All D-rings have double reinforced gussets. 6.3 oz. covers are standard for 15' and 18' shelters, while 12oz covers are standard on larger structures. Covers are available in several colours.
